Allowing FGC Service to manage all your critical equipment will create a single, trusted partner for your maintenance needs, which will result in saving you time & money.  If we are currently servicing your UPS & batteries, we can add your generator, HVAC, PDU, fire suppression, and any other critical equipment to our contract and provide the same level of service across the board.  This also includes some additional facility services such as data center cleanings.

If you have a preferred vendor we can add them to our FGC Service Network and continue to manage the process on your behalf.  It becomes our responsibility as your support company to review all scope and implement the right solution with the right vendor. Once we have selected the right vendor, our Account Management Team will oversee their performance.  If necessary we can apply our strict screening process to ensure their company history, background, insurance certificates, and certifications check out.  Our Facility Keys software platform enables us to hold our vendors to your pre-approved scopes and MOPs every time. The Account Management Team will review every quote provided by the vendor in an effort to ensure correct scope is provided at a reasonable cost.  We double check scope,workmanship, and limit any unnecessary downtime within the quote.
