FGC will function as your one point of contact for all Critical Facility Infrastructure and Operations and will ensure all operations and maintenance of your Critical Facility are properly executed. One stop for critical asset management (Generators, UPS Systems, HVAC), vendor management and contract management. FGC will manage the servicing and integrity of your equipment, acquire the right equipment for your specific needs, professionally install equipment, and streamline purchasing and billing.
Most Companies that have a critical facility have to manage many different contracts, each with their own unique terms, service levels and agreements. FGC streamlines the CFM process by converting your many different contracts to one coterminous contract.
One solid vendor network of highly experienced field engineers, mechanics, installation technicians, facility managers, and can incorporate requests for preferred vendors. With our built-in vendor accountability process, all vendor services and Field Service reports (FSRs) are scrutinized and reviewed by FGC experts for accuracy, completeness--including any future scheduling of maintenance and/or replacement.
Facility Keys is your key to critical asset management. Created by Facility Gateway Corporation, Facility Keys serves as a centralized location where all aspects of FGC's management of your Critical Facility can be accessed at anytime. Within Facility Keys, all operations, asset information, emergency events, documents, vendor information and maintenance records will be actively maintained in Facility Keys by FGC and available to you. Facility Keys allows you to track your asset records, valuable reports and the ability to view a calendar of past and future events and scheduled preventive maintenance.
The FSR Tool facilitates the crucial process of assuring vendor accountability. Our expert technical team systematically reviews all submitted FSRs for diagnostic accuracy, service completeness, compliance and fulfillment of any further actions required. After the technical team verifies that the appropriate service has been completed, they translate service notes and information to a uniform and streamlined format--free of cumbersome, overly technical descriptions--so that you are able to quickly make the right decisions when resolving critical issues. The verified and uniform information further provides a means to identify, extract and evaluate valuable quantifiable data.
When you partner with us, our purchasing power becomes your purchasing power. Our Purchasing and Procurement Team gathers competitive bids from multiple manufacturers and has well-established credit lines with all major OEM’s, ensuring procurement of the best equipment at the best price. Invoices are reviewed for accuracy and then paid by FGC on your behalf. Multiple invoices are then consolidated to be presented to you as one itemized invoice at a later time--allowing you to get what you need when you need it.
